Rm40 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using rm40's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the rm40 platform, accessible via our website and mobile application. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm40 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the rm40 platform. rm40 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The rm40 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that the laws in your jurisdiction do not prohibit you from using these services.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full rm40 service, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. rm40 reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend or close any account found to contain false or misleading details.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by a single individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your rm40 account username and password confidential. rm40 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the rm40 support team immediately.
- Rm40 reserves the right to request identity verification from any user at any time before processing a withdrawal or other sensitive action.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Rm40 platform users agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Do not attempt to hack, attack, or compromise the security or integrity of the rm40 system in any way.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from rm40.
- Do not spread false, misleading, or defamatory information about rm40 or any of its users.
- Do not share your account with or allow any other person to use your account.
- Comply with all betting limits and bonus conditions set out in any active promotions.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any form of compensation.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the rm40 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made through legitimate payment methods and that the funds used belong to them.
- Deposits: rm40 supports multiple deposit methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local bank transfers. Minimum deposit limits are as stated on the platform and may vary depending on the method chosen.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days. rm40 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding a certain threshold.
- Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. rm40 reserves the right to void any bonus if a user is found to have breached the promotion conditions.
- Payment Fraud: Any attempt to commit fraud through financial transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.
- Taxes: Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through the rm40 platform.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Rm40 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, rm40 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, technical service disruptions, or financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.
Rm40 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or cyberattacks, though we take reasonable steps to ensure system reliability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rm40 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of rm40 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rm40.
Third-Party Links
The rm40 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. rm40 does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, accuracy of information, or security.
6. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Rm40 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform in a manner that is detrimental to rm40 or other users. For accounts closed due to policy violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the rm40 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Changes to Terms
Rm40 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rm40 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
